Great place to stay

Condo was perfect. Had AC issues when we arrived, but was taken care of the next day . Staff was very helpful and courteous. Pool was always clean. Will definitely stay here for future trips.

Location is great! Not in a crowded area; primarily families. Easy to get to Destin and the more touristy places, without having that noise and congestion at your door. The unit was immaculate and felt like ours- not just a rental- with cozy features and comfy beds. The unit looks out over the gulf, and is unobstructed views. Gorgeous to wake up and have coffee on the patio. The pool was lovely for late swims, or for us, when the ocean was too rough to swim. Big pool with lots of room. I would 10000% rent this again-and plan on it!

Great view and quick walk to the beach!

The two full bathrooms were great for my family. Having two chairs and an umbrella was great. The condo was roomy and clean! The closet is very small and wouldn't accommodate 6 guests.

This unit was very clean. The view of the ocean is great and you are right over the pool, but while inside the condo you couldnt really hear noise at the pool. The couch and chairs were comfortable. The bed was real comfortable. We had everything we needed. Parking was great as there is a parking garage. The view of the beach is the whole wall not just a door. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit. I was amazed at how clean it was. My son loved the bunk beds and said they were comfortable as well. Easy access to the pool and the beach. I highly recommend this condo. There was nothing negative. So this is a place you can truly “Don’t Worry and Beach happy!”

Donut Miss this one!

The owners of this unit own the local donut shop! It was beautiful decorated and slept well for our needs. The pools were perfect for the days where the ocean was closed as they were big enough we never felt crowded. We will definitely be back here!

Mom-cation Party of 6

We had the most relaxing and rejuvenating weekend ever, it was exactly what we all needed! The space was perfect for our group. The condo superseded our expectations! We were thrilled to find such a nice place that allowed our 2-day trip (no 4 night minimum). As we sat on the balcony enjoying our cup of coffee before heading out, we were making plans for next summer!

The location was great with good communication from the host. Check in/check out was very easy.Things to know - to no fault of the host, the internet was out most of the week. We were unable to telework as planned, so have a backup plan. The internet company is known for frequent outages.There is minimal storage in this condo. There are no dressers, so bring another way to organize your clothing. There also are no hooks in the shower to hang wash cloths (a command hook would be useful inside the shower). The kitchen has basically all utensils you could need - the only thing we couldn’t find was a whisk, but there was an electric hand mixer, so we used that. Everything else is well stocked - there is no pantry and no empty cabinets, but plenty of counter space to put our food items on. Chairs were available, but to be in the first row someone had to claim the chairs as soon as they were set up. You could pay to reserve them - I believe it was 15 a day, but we just went down and set towels on chairs each morning.Overall, this is a great location and served our needs perfectly for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

To start with, the condo was amazing. We've stayed at Waters Edge numerous times. And the specific unit was just as good or better than some of the others we've stayed in. We've rented from management companies in the past and were very disappointed in them. But Easy Stays was great! Communication was great. Early check-in was available and checkout was easy. And let me just say the extra items provided in the unit made the stay that much better. Other management companies provided one trash bag, no dishwashing liquid, etc. But Easy Stays made sure the unit was fully stocked! Would definitely stay here again!
