Our favorite Destin Stay!

We loved Nantucket House SO much! Plenty of room for our crew and SO close to the beach. Management was fantastic with allowing us in a little early and were prompt when responding to any questions we had. We've found our new vacation rental for our family trips!

Great Rental for Our Family

House had everything we needed for our family vacation. We had plenty of room to spread out and the living room was spacious enough if we all wanted to be together. Kitchen was adequately stocked. We loved the Keurig. Beach was a very short walk and we used the golf cart several times. Thanks for making our vacation memorable.

The kitchen was amazing so many things to cook with. The inclusion of so many pots and pans and pepper and salt was great. The only thing we struggled with was finding a big enough pasta pot but we figured it out. The stove was great and loved having both keurig and drip coffee. The house was beautiful and laid out well and well maintained but there are parts of it that are still in the process of being fixed and maintained. It is an older house with great bones and a great location! We loved how close we were to the beach.

Loved Destin

We had 14 people in our house ranging from age 3 to age 66 and we all loved the house. I will never go without a pool again.

Great location

Property was perfect for our group of four families! The location was amazing right across from beach, and we really enjoyed the pool. Only concern was that the pool got really cold the last 3 days even though we paid extra for it to be heated for the week.

Stellar Stay at a Stellar Home

Our trip to The Nantucket House honestly could not have been better! The home works so well for a large group and provides all the amenities you are looking for during a beach vacation. From the spacious interiors that make group dinners and hangs perfect to the gorgeous outdoor pool and patio that we all fell in love with...it just could not have been better.

Family vacation

The Nantucket fit our needs for our extended family of 17, 10 adults & seven children. The location was one block from the beach which was convenient. Any issue we had was addressed immediately plus the realtor called often to check on our status. I would recommend this house to other vacationing families.

Nantucket 2023

The bedroom layout was excellent for our family of 8 adults and 10 kids and having two washer/dryer sets was a real plus. The folks at Sugar Palm were great to work with.

Big family stay

We had 15 family members get together for mini-reunion. Property was clean. Had a few home maintenance issues that were addressed quickly by the property manager. It was a great experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beach front

Very nice condo. Construction was a bit of a problem for a couple days. But overall was nice and right on the beach. Very cute beachy condo. Very clean. Enjoyed ourselves very much. I would stay there again.

Fantastic House in Beautiful Destin

What a fantastic house in beautiful Destin. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated, and close to the beach! The outside deck areas are great with tons of room and privacy from the road. The upscale natural gas grill was perfect. Great pool with lanai that has screening so fine you only see the sky! Bedrooms and baths are beautifully done and the kitchen is beyond expectations! Perfect vacation home that is so convenient to all outlets and restaurants!!!

House was perdect for a family that had 8 adults and 7 children ages 1-13

Property had extra washer and dryer, extra refrigerator, large kitchen and beautiful pool area. Pool was perfect when you have small children and plenty of room in main part of pool. Large kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for this group of 15

Good Stay

House was exactly as advertised. Pool was great and the area was very nice. Close to lots of attractions and the free beach set up was great. Couple things there was dog poop on the outside of the pool area in the grass however they came and cleaned it up within minutes of me calling. The golf cart needs to be retired and a new one would be great. Again even with those two things we would definitely rent again.

Wonderful experience

I can't say enough good things about this house and location. We had a house full of adults and teenagers, about 20 people total and we never felt crowded. Lots of room and beds for everyone!! This house sits on a corner lot and is a short walk to the beach access. Was even surprised with a call letting me know the house was ready hours before we were due to checkin. Would highly recommend this house and location!!! Looking forward to a return visit!!
