This beautiful and updated 1,460 sq. ft. condo sleeps 6 in beds and has everything you want: A master suite with king bed & private balcony with views to the ski slopes, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, a large sleeping loft, a featured ricked gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer.
Our condo is ideal for 6 people but can accommodate 2 more on our newly added futon sleeper and lounge chaise in the loft. Just let us know how many people when booking the condo and our house keeping service will prepare it for you.
The Master suite offers a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the over-sized loft has two twin beds, a futon sleeper and a lounge chaise.
Enjoy a lovely view from the private deck off the master bedroom. We have a table and 2 chairs.
There are 2 full bathrooms on the lower level and the living area has a cozy electric fireplace. There is a full size washer and dryer on the main level between the two bedrooms.
The condo features a complete kitchen with all the necessities you need in order to prepare a full meal. The dining area has a table, 4 chairs, and a bench and can conveniently sit 6 people. Enjoy the evenings in front of the 50 in. flat screen TV or surf the Internet with the complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
This is a third floor condo so there are no units above you.
There is a private ground level ski locker inside the heated entrance area for your convenience. Off-street parking is available right at the building, suitable for RVs or trailers. It's a short walk to the ski area or take the Angel Fire shuttle service with a stop right at the building. Enjoy mountain biking in the summertime or check out the amazing Zip Line adventure. Enjoy a round of golf at the PGA approved golf course, walk around Mount Verde lake or take the paddle boat and relax at the lake.
Recent upgrades to the condo:
Fall 2016: New Refrigerator
Spring 2016: Both bedrooms and the loft received a new coat of paint. Light switches, outlets, thermostats, and baseboard heaters in these areas have been replaced. New curtains in Master Bedroom and second bedroom. New refrigerator with ice maker for the kitchen has been added.
Winter 2015: New couch, love seat, and living room table, new dining room set with 4 chairs and extra bench, new fan and light fixtures in living room, dining area, and hallway. We added a fan in the loft for better air circulation and installed curtains in loft for better privacy.
Summer 2015: New washer & dryer, coffee machine, and complete remodeling of both bathrooms (tiles, vanities, floors, electrical, heaters, shower...).
Winter 2014: New bed linens, towels, small appliances, kitchen utensils, living & dining area curtains. We added a game table and 6 chairs in loft and installed an electric fireplace to replace old gas fireplace.

This rental met my expectations. There was a lot more space needed for the three total people who stayed here. The loft on the second level ads a lot more sleeping room. However the living area is kind of small if you were to book this with the expectations of taking 6-7 people. It could be done, and would make your stay in Angel Fire much more economical, however don't expect to get everyone on the one couch and love seat :p. There is a 50" Samsung TV in the living room. I brought some movies on a laptop along with an HDMI cable. This made the evenings more bearable as there is not much to do after 6 PM aside from going to the only bar in town: Zeb's, by the Lowe's grocery store. The Grocery store is open until 10pm, everything else closes around 6-7pm. Taos is about 26 miles away/ 45 minute drive through the mountain, or maybe an hour if it is covered in snow as it was when I was there. The property is said to be "3 blocks" from the Chile Express lift, but I believe it is a bit farther then what most people would consider a block. We walked the equivalent to two blocks enabling us to get to the bottom of the Green parking lot. From there we would wait to take a shuttle to the lift. The condo bus stop never ran consistently. I attempted to wait at the Snow Fire stop for 30 minutes the first time and decided to walk to the parking lot each time after. I didn't mind the walk personally, it helped loosen me up a bit. One day I walked all the way to the lift. I would not recommend this unless you are in pretty decent shape/ and or live in a high altitude area. I come from around 680ft above sea level and do cardio regularly, I was fatigued/ short of breath afterwards. The owner was very responsive to my emails, and I chatted with him on the phone twice. The property was clean upon arrival, the carpet and furniture was clean/ new, the washer and dryer are similar to the ones I have at home, also new. I would definitely stay here again upon my next visit to Angel Fire.
The condo was exactly what we wanted. Absolutely within an easy walk to the ski lodge. We will stay again in the future.
Wonderful Month in the Mountains
I our family of 5 spent an incredible summer month enjoying Angle Fire and the surrounding area and this condo was a great home base: the unit was perfect for our family. The loft room had plenty space and storage for our three girls and the table was a perfect place for all of their activities. We were pleased with the temperature in the loft - some units we've rented before had rather warm loft areas mid-day, but there was no issue here. With all the windows downstairs you could get a great cross breeze. The owners had just recently completely updated the bathrooms and they were really nice. The unit is just about half-way between the market and the mountain so easy walking distance to either and very close to the Library. The owners were very responsive with any issues encountered during our stay. We'll definitely consider staying here again next summer.
Very nice condo
My wife and I were on vacation and we really liked this condo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. The kitchen has all the utensils necessary to prepare a meal. The bathrooms have been updated with new tile and fixtures. It is on the third floor, so there are stairs to climb. It did get warm and stuffy in the late afternoon and evenings without air conditioning (which we are used to). Fans are available in the bedrooms and do help. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Our condo at Snowfire Condominiums sits less than 400 yards from the main lifts at Angel Fire Ski Resort. Angel Fire is New Mexico's premier family ski mountain with the only two high speed quad lifts in New Mexico, 70 runs, and 2,150' vertical drop. Highly regarded children's Ski School, several half-pipe and snowboard parks, and 19 km of Nordic trails at the summit add to the mountain's popularity. Low ski season visits plus the capacity of the quad lifts insures no wait lines and open trails. Several restaurants and a pizza parlor (delivery also available) are within two block walking distance. Conveniently located near North Angel Fire Road, the post office, library, and Village Market are all within 1/2 mile. During summer and fall, attractions include modest alpine temperatures and virtually no humidity; 18 hole PGA approved golf course nestled in the Ponderosa Pines at 8000'; balloon festival; mountain bike riding and races; trail rides; and the Angel Fire Music Festival (end of August each season). Come to Angel Fire and escape the hot, humid summer weather for a weekend, a week, or a month!
