The primary suite is located beyond the living and kitchen space in the main wing of the home. This room features a king sized bed, 55` TV, two closets, and a huge ensuite bathroom with dual rain shower heads, soaking tub, and double vanity sink.

☀ Secondary Suite - Bedroom 2☀
The secondary suite features it`s own private entrance from the front of the home or through the courtyard. This suite is located adjacent to the movie/game room and features a king sized bed, 55` TV, dedicated workspace, queen sofa bed, and kitchenette equipped with a Keurig, full size fridge, sink, and dining space. This room includes a full bathroom which may be used as a private ensuite bath or shared through the jack and jill door which leads to the movie/game room.

Guests will have access to the entire property and amenities. There is one locked supply closet.

We are not located onsite but our local team is available remotely 24/7 or in-person as needed.

This home is located in the Village of Oak Creek which is a quiet neighborhood located just outside of the main tourist area of Sedona. This area has many new high-rated restaurants and golf courses. You can expect less traffic and crowds here than in Uptown Sedona, but you are only a short drive to the main tourist areas.

A car is required for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are limited in our area. We recommend booking private transportation in advance to your stay if you are looking for that service.

Although there are safety locks on the doors of the home which lead directly to the outdoor pool, please supervise at all times and be mindful of your children and those who cannot swim.

The pool may be heated during your stay for an additional fee. To request pool heat, please message us or request it through our online portal. The fee is $150/day. Please request at least 2 days in advance of your check-in to ensure pool is warm prior to your arrival. A 3-day minimum is required to heat the pool. The hot tub is heated for no additional fee.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Sedona is a a Dark Sky Community. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.

Absolutely NO smoking on the property - smoking indoors will result in a minimum deodorization fee of $2000. Smoking outdoors is only permitted in the yard with proper disposal, outside of the garage and courtyard spaces.

We are pet friendly for up to 1 dog per reservation with an additional nonrefundable fee of $250. Please notify us of any pets on the property at least 24 hours before check in.

We have 4 exterior cameras around the perimeter of the property.

Phone service is limited in this area. High-speed Starlink internet is available throughout the property.
