The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place towels in laundry hamper upstairs near bedrooms or leave at the bottom of the stairs outside the laundry room.
Please gather all trash and place outside in the metal trash can to the right of the front door. Make sure lid is on super tight.
Please lock deadbolt and door knob in basement and just the main front door and replace key in lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
