Bring your boat, UTV or snowmobile! This luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath home offering the best of everything Northern Wisconsin has to offer year around. A pier is included, and the best snowmobile and UTV trails in the country are accessible from your front door. Lake Nokomis is Northern Wisconsin's premier lake offering over 2,275 acres and 35 miles of shoreline. Accommodates Up to 10 guest to enjoy a large outdoor firepit, warmth and ambiance of a pellet stove and cooking on a Traeger grill. Master bedroom has a full king bed and master bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, bedroom three has a queen bed. A full bath is located directly across hall. Four parking spaces are included along with a private pier for your boat or pontoon.

Home is not located directly on the water, but a few short steps away.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Place used towels in the laundry basket in the laundry room • Place used sheets (including pillowcases) on the bedroom floor, any bed made we will assume was not used
• Leave comforters/blankets on the bed unless soiled • Start the dishwasher • Empty fridge and freezer • Remove all trash and placegarbage container to the end of the patio
Turn off lights and set thermostat to 68°F • Ensure all windows are closed • Ensure pellet stove is off • Return all furniture to its original location if it was moved • Lock doors
