Bolivar Beachside Getaway

Welcome to Coastal Hourglass! Time stands still at the beach.

Our bright and relaxing beach house has everything you need and more for your next vacation. Located in the very desirable Emerald Beach 2 community, just a short 3-minute walk to the beach or a 3-minute drive to The Big Store, you can experience it all.

Notice the clean and open living room, and enjoy an afternoon nap on the soft and spacious couch. Whip up a light summer meal in the kitchen with all the essentials plus more ready for you in the cabinets, including an air fryer! Relax after a fun-filled day in the king-size bed. The secondary bedroom offers a full-size spacious bunk bed and a queen-size bed. Down below the house, you will find cabinets stocked with all the beach-going necessities and a sand shower for washing those sandy toes. Small pets (2 up to 50lbs) are welcome with an additional Pet Fee. Whether you are staying for the weekend or the whole week, we welcome all and wish you a wonderful beach vacation.

In case you forgot anything, we provide small shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, coffee, paper towels and toilet paper, plus all the linens and towels!

Service animals are always welcome at no additional cost. For all other small pets, a one-time Pet Fee of $144 is required.

For all late check-outs with no prior notice, a charge of $150 is required.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade
Please let the Host know once you have departed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
If Pets are joining you, and not included on your Booking, please let me know. Pet Fee of $144 is required at Check-in.
The garage and lift are not accessible to guests. Entry, tampering or attempts to gain access is prohibited.

Amazing Stay at Crystal Beach House! Crystal Beach House was absolutely amazing! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and it was a great place to spend quality time with family and enjoy everything Crystal Beach has to offer.The house was exactly what we were hoping for, and the entire stay was smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Crystal Beach House to anyone planning a trip to the area.A few tips for future travelers: Come prepared to relax and enjoy the beach, and take advantage of the house and its amenities. Exactly as described and maybe a bit better considering some nice little views of the ocean. Beds were particularly comfortable including sheets. Outdoor shower was a huge plus. Would definitely stay again.

The second bedroom lights did not work and it did not have a TV. That did not take away from the trip. The house as well he was lovely, we throughly enjoyed the front porch. The beds and pillow were so comfortable. Wod definitely book again.
