Important Information • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests • To enter Waterway Village, select 8C at the gate and wait for approval • White gate access card is provided in the condo and should be placed in your vehicle for automatic gate access during your stay • Please return the gate card before departure to avoid additional fees • A South Carolina State Park parking pass is provided and allows one vehicle free entry into any South Carolina State Park • Please return the State Park pass before departure to avoid fees • No parties or large gatherings • No smoking of any kind, including marijuana • Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM • Absolutely no glitter. A $500 fee will apply
Community Amenities • Amenities are within walking distance of the condo • Key card provided for access to community amenities ** Please return pool key card to avoid fees
Family-Friendly Extras • Cribs, highchairs, pack-n-plays, and booster seats may be available upon request • Please request at booking or at least 3 days before arrival • Subject to availability
Safety • Fire extinguisher, first aid kit, flashlight, and scissors provided
Checkout • All dishes should be washed or loaded into the dishwasher. Please run the dishwasher before departure. • Put all used towels in a pile. No need to wash. • Remove all food from the refrigerator. • Unopened food may be left for future guests if desired. • Wipe sand from beach gear and shake out towels before returning them. • Remove all garbage from the condo. • Double-check that the door is closed and locked before departing. • Guests who remain in the property past the 10:00am checkout time without preapproval for late checkout will incur a fine of $50 per every 30 minutes
