This beachfront beauty in St. George Plantation features amazing Gulf views, the security of a gated community, and exclusive amenities including two swimming pools, five tennis courts, nature trails, and direct access to the sugar sands beach just steps from your front door. The charming coastal decor and tranquility of the setting provide an amazing space to relax and unwind by the sea.



The exterior of this elegant vacation home offers covered parking, an outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, park-style grill, a screened porch, and a private boardwalk that leads you to the beautiful Gulf beaches where fun and relaxation await.



Entering the first floor living area you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring a 60-foot wall of sliding glass doors showcasing the sparkling Gulf Beaches and beyond. The bright and comfortable living area boasts warm hardwood floors and neutral decor that highlight the Gulf views. The living room also features a large TV equipped with cable, and comfortable seating.



The deck boasts unobstructed Gulf views with plentiful seating and an outdoor table perfect for alfresco dining. Inside, the dining room offers two tables that seat a total of 10 guests comfortably. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar that looks into the modern and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom also comes with its own private bath. The kitchen is both practical and elegant as it features granite counters, a Keurig coffee maker, gas stove, built-in refrigerator, a dishwasher, separate wine fridge, ice maker, and unobstructed Gulf views.

Lovely home in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for a large multi-generational family gathering on the beach! Kitchen is well stocked and all necessities were supplied.

The house was not clean to my standards. It was located in a serene area with wildlife. It is a beautiful and quaint island. Had to reboot modem every night. If you are looking for a tropical field, this is not a place for you. It does have a southern charm.

Great beach front property

This is a really nice property in the plantation on St. George. The best part is it’s beach front. Great beach walking with sun rise and sun downs. It’s pretty spectacular. There were a few cons. The house is a bit run down. The kitchen has no supplies other than eqpt. Bring everything you will need food. There’s a pic of a fireplace but it does not work. Lastly Vacasa is a lousy management co. We had several issues and they were difficult to engage in help to resolve things. We still had a great time regardless. The beach is spectacular!
