This condo is an excellent location. We loved being on the first floor right by the pool and close to the walking path to the beach. It is walkable to the main commerce areas of Rosemary Beach. We appreciated having the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, along with the 2 bikes. We were easily able to add additional chairs and bikes to our reservation. The condo was clean, though it could use some better maintenance on the peeling kitchen cabinets, the non-working master sink, and the broken curtains. Also, there was no mattress cover on the king bed, which felt "ick". There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax on one of the rainy days during our stay. The TV set-up was confusing, as there was 7 remotes for 3 components in the main living area. The TV in the master was underwhelming for the space, Overall, we would stay here again, just hope for better upkeep on the unit.
