The Space:

Unwind in a comfortable beach condo with an ocean view that will blow you away. You'll be able to watch the waves come in from your private balcony, furnished for enjoying the view with a refreshment in your hand. Inside the condo, guests will escape the heat in central air conditioning. The full kitchen features full-size appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four guests. If you're in a mood to cook with a little more heat, just take your meat and veggies down to the shared charcoal grill. Convenient amenities such as a private washer/dryer and an en suite bathroom (featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub) connected to the main bedroom make this condo a lovely retreat near the ocean. Shared amenities, including a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and outdoor shower, will also be provided for guest fun. Enjoy yourself!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Condo was very spacious! Beautiful ocean view and beautifully decorated condo! Loved having two large pools and the fitness center was the best one we've ever had at a condo!

Tidewater resort

My family had a great time. The only complaint we had was the issues with the elevators. It was difficult to get on them at times because there were several that were broke, so the whole condo unit was limited on the amount of elevators that could be used. But everything was good. The pool was a good size so it really didn’t matter how many people were there at one time. Beach access was easy. The parking garage was easy to get in and out of as well, the neighborhood was good.

Great Property with Terrible Elevators

A wonderfully located property and the unit was outstanding. Getting up and down in the elevators can take up to 30 minutes and you have to plan accordingly.

Friends getaway

We loved our stay. Checking in was seamless, the condo met all of our needs and the ocean front balcony had the best furniture allowing for relaxing, eating and enjoying the ocean and remarkable sunsets. Wonderful.

Great comdo

Condo was great. Checkin went smoothly. Elevators were awful and on busy days you could wait for 30 minutes for one. I don’t know if checking in should be staggered or something but the elevators were the worst part of the trip. But the beach was beautiful and everyone was friendly!

Great place, extensive check in process!

The number of calls, emails and text messages I received/managed between vacasa and the property was ridiculous quite frankly. The process can and should be streamlined. People coming to stay for two days just want to walk into the unit when it’s time to check in and out when it is over. The place was great and I would do it again, but the over communication was quite annoying!

The condo was nice. It was large with plenty of room for our group. The view was amazing and there was plenty of visible security on the property. The only complaint I have was on the elevator. There were only a few elevators and several were not working. Some times we would have to wait 30 minutes just to be able to get on an elevator. A place that large should have more elevators to accommodate the volume of people.

Our condo was lovely very roomy key location to shopping pier park nice beach for swimming love the sand bars in the water the place was very clean with plenty of towels for showers the building has a mini movie theater list of what movie is playing for the evening a Starbuck coffee on premises would difently recommend tide waters condos we rented room 1502 very nice well decorated 3 bedroom 3 baths lots of security on the premises to make your stay safer only complaint have popcorn served when movie is playing lol 2 beach chairs came with our stay but they put them away pretty early in the evening building has 30 floors we stayed on the 15th floor nice

Great location

The condo was perfect in terms of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well spaced out. It’s located next to an elevator but didn’t notice much noise inside the condo. However, we had to rewash all dishes we tried to use as they were all sticky or had gelatinous goop on them. Also, bring coffee filters. My only other issue was check in. I tried to reach out through VRBO for the pre registration link but no one returned my message. I ended up calling and was supposedly preregistered but that was not the case when I arrived despite having provide car details for passes. Again, other than the unclean dishes the condo was nice and in a great location. Less than half a mile from Pier Park.

Family Vacation

Very easy booking and dealing with Vacasa. Condo came with good starting supply of paper goods and plenty of towels. After first night, both beds that were used as sheets that pulled off due to being too small. Vacasa came up same day to resolve. However king fitted sheet still wouldn’t fit probably due to sheets not having deep pockets for thicker mattress. Very impressed with the service. Three things to mention …. King bed in primary sinks in middle so it was very uncomfortable. Couch cushions sink into couch. Shower head in primary bathroom only sprays on outside of unit…not in middle. I would recommend to owner that all be replaced. Good experience overall and would return if these things were replaced.

Great location with many conveniences.

Great location, beautiful views, multiple pools and hot tubs, gym, theater, restaurant and game room. Close to grocery store and many restaurants. Walk to pier and Pier Park is just under a mile. Great for families. The three bedrooms and bathrooms gave us needed space. Living room furniture was nice and comfortable. Dining table seating as well as kitchen bar seating available to eat. Great outdoor balcony and furniture. We had a couple of issues: some ants in the kitchen area and a few dishes that weren’t properly cleaned when we arrived. The middle bedroom seems to have a bedframe issue and part way through the trip the air stopped working properly. I tried using the VRBO app to “contact host” but heard nothing back. I made a phone call about the air conditioner and heard nothing back after being told they would contact the “local agent”. I approached someone at the desk and was informed that much of the building was without air due to a construction accident. This would have been nice to know and I felt we should have been informed about the issue. The parking garage gate was broken but it honestly made our life easier. There is current construction in front of the building and road but it didn’t affect us. The outdoor pools are not heated but indoor one is. One of the hot tubs stopped heating and we were told “just use the other one”. Issues aside, we were pleased overall with the property and location. Just wish communication and responses were responded to better.
