Condo furnishings were a bit dated but comfortable. The property and the view were great. The condo is a bit of a walk to the beach for older folks. Overal an enjoyable experience.

Great place for Vaca

This condo was immaculate and had all of the cooking supplies we needed for our five peeps. The beds were super comfortable and it was only a walk away from the beach pools and hot tub. Will definitely stay again

Excellent Vacation

Location is great. Kind of off the beaten path from Gulf Shores but close enough to drive of you want shopping, dinner, etc. Pool was pristine, and walk to beach was short and clean. Overall great experience.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful, condo was comfortable and clean. Folks were a bit loud at the pool late at night but pool was nice and clean. Beach was a bit of a far walk to get to but was much less crowded than other places we’ve stayed in the area. The kids had a wonderful time

Great place

I enjoyed my stay. Great access to the beach and pool. However our condo could have been cleaner than it was. It had a lot of dust and needs a little updating but or than that great stay.

Loved this location!

Great view! Great layout! The only problem we had was the slow drain in the master bathroom sink. We were unsure how to report the issue. Overall it was a great place to stay!

GREAT LOCATION

My wife and I was just amaze how lovely, nice, beautiful, and peaceful Plantation Dunes #5308 was. The condo had everything we need to cook, I felt right at home. We were only 14 miles from Gulfshore Blvd. and 15 miles from Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, AL. Plantation Dunes is in a great location on the beach. Plantation Dunes is very family oriented and a great place to relax. 5+Stars!

Vacation at Ft Morgan, Al

If we had any issues, we called Vasas and spoke with their rep. They were very nice. Whom ever they used to clean our condo, did not do a good job on the master bedroom.

the condo have a great a great view looking at the ocean from the balcony. the location of the building itself it’s also great just not restaurants near by. the house smell so bad as soon we walked in, the pillows were yellow gross dirty. Both bathrooms tubs and bathrooms sinks are clogged with hair draining very slow, the mattress are so old and dirty with one sheet of foam on top.

We enjoyed everything except when i was trying to open the condo when we arrived, the 4 digit code was right but you have to do * asterisks after the number code, that part was not instructed in the email that i received, so i was outside for almost 30 minutes trying to figure the code, why would the lock not accept it, when i called vacasa, the lady did not know about putting the asterisks as well, i just happenned to try to add that after i enter the 4 digit code for 100x. Instructions on that needs to be updated, i was outside with kids going wild because their tired from the travel then the code would not work, but overall were satisfied. Thank you

Too much work for vacation

The location of this property is very nice. The check in process was terrible. We had no lock box number in the email explaining check in but and had to ask a stranger for the number upon arrival as there is zero staff on duty at this builtto assist. You must call vacasa and sit on hold for any assistance. Also, you should know there is only six washer and dryers for the entire building on the ground level and you receive one wash cloth, one towel per person for the length of your stay and are expected to wash them yourself in the basement while on vacation. Who wants to spend time doing that on vacation? The hall smells terrible. Most importantly BRING EARPLUGS. The walls are paper thin. Do not underestimate this. Guests checked in next to us at 0300 and we heard everything conversation, luggage drop, toilet lid slam, shower curtain pull, kids whine, microwave button push, and air mattress pump. That can be chalked up to an old building. Pools are nice. Sorry to be negative but a simple paragraph on the check in process including towel situation would have been helpful. I would have brought my own wash clothes.
