I had a wonderful stay at this sweet guest house. It had everything I needed for a relaxed and comfortable visit. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This guest house was a great gem in a good location. Located on a quiet residential street, it checked all the boxes for my stay in Burbank. Street parking is available right in front of the main house. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby, making it very convenient to stay in the area. The walkway to the guest house in the back is well lit, and check-in was simple. It was very clean and well appointed, with nothing needing updating or attention. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with necessary items for cooking, etc. Dennis and his partner are wonderful hosts. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be back if I need to stay in the area again. Thank You!

Absolutely amazing, clean property, nice room, good kitchen, and awesome hosts. I absolutely would stay here again in a heartbeat.The only negative thing I could possibly say, which is not on them at all, is that the squirrels in the yard occasionally hit the wall at night and made it sound like knocking. Once I got used to that the stay was amazing. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The location was super nice and the parking was so easy.
