Located on Fulton beach rd with 180 degree views of Aransas bay, a small beach area, steps off the balcony. Shared 1000ft lighted pier, community pool, condos have their own boat ramp, and tennis courts. 1 bedroom w king bed and bathroom downstairs and the other 2 rooms upstairs. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals. Sit on the patio and enjoy the morning breeze while sipping your coffee.
This home requires a few steps to enter the home and then its 2 levels.
1st floor offers 1 bedroom, full bath, kitchen, washer/fryer living/dining area, patio and beachy area access
