Your Lake adventure begins at this 3-bedroom newly remodeled house. Inside, guests find a fabulous mix of comfort with a king, queen, full, and twin bed spread across the bedrooms. Two bathrooms make getting ready easy, including all the amenities.

Main floor offers an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room that leads to a 2 tier deck. Private dock offers the comfort of parking your boat and wave runner. Dock has a large covered platform, perfect for enjoying hot summer days or lazy afternoon naps. Recent improvements include a new 10x18 swim platform for those seeking the sun. Also, enjoy our lily pad and kayak’s.

Raccoon Hollow Cove is a perfect location, conveniently located just inside the Gravois Arm. And the views are pretty amazing!

Whether you’re relaxing after a day on the water or just enjoying a lazy day, this perfect home offers a welcoming space to play and unwind.

What a GREAT place for a family of 10 to stay. There was loads of room. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen had everything. We grilled one night....and they supplied everything!!! The firepit on the first deck was so nice!! The furniture was great....inside and out! The dock was so much fun! A nice lounging area and a huge table for eating! The kids loved the Lily Pad. The ladies loved the tanning deck connected to the dock. There were life jackets for all the adults. (The mommas brought life jackets for the kiddos!!) The kayak was an added bonus! So much fun!!!There are a lot of stairs, but we considered it "good exercise!!!"The place was easy to get to. But, it's on the side of a hill, so parking for the third vehicle waa a little tricky!! But, we managed and everything worked out great!! We WILL BE BACK!!!

The house was very clean and welcoming. The dock and all the lake accessories to go with it were awesome! The lake access in general and the house location was perfect. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others!
