The house was great for our large group of friends and family, and it was an excellent location for our stargazing plans (if only the weather had cooperated!). There are plenty of bedrooms, and spaces for a large group to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our group cooking needs. Unfortunately, the home was not cleaned before our arrival, but John was responsive when we reached out and made sure a crew headed over to clean up, and the owner gave us a break in price to compensate for the inconvenience. After the bumpy start, we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Definitely worth consideration for group getaways.
I really enjoyed this house and would totally book it again. The only problem was, well two things. One there is an extra charge for the master suite. That added over 10% to the cost. Never seen anything like this. Two, there ended up being one Extra room tucked away. I think you could do a much better job with your pictures. Also, get rid of the hot tub in the basement. That makes the whole basement smell like chlorine! It’s loud, it’s in the way. Makes more sense to put that outside the basement sliding door on a little pad. If it didn’t have the hot tub, I would book this place 2-3 times a year for my events I hosts. Overall enjoyed this space a lot, big skies, quiet neighborhood, wildlife around!
