- The cabin is equipped with Exterior security cameras for Guest Safety and cabin security. See additional house rules.

PET FEES:
Pet fee is $250 flat fee for up to 2 pets. Additional pets will require an additional fee or $75.00 per pet and a max of 4 total pets. Guest must bring their own pet bed, cage, food and water bowls. Guest must disclose breed, size and weight of pet prior to booking. Maximum Weight Per Pet is 60lbs
Pets are not allowed on furniture. Any damage to the furniture or excess cleaning due to pets will be subject to a minimum of $500 charge plus damages and cleaning fee. Pets are NOT allowed near or in the indoor pool area of the hot tub.
No GLASS containers/Bottles are allowed in the pool or the hot tub.
Additional perks include:

Outdoor gazebo and BBQ grill (Charcoal Grill ONLY) Guest are to supply their preferred charcoal.

Half bath is available in the pool area for the convenience of guests

Guest access
Guests can enjoy private indoor heated pool that is set to 82-85 degrees, gazebo, kitchen, game room downstairs and of course, relax in the living room watching your favorite shows and enjoy the coziness in the 8 bedrooms.
There are many different games set up in the cabin for the pleasure of guests. The gazebo is large enough for guests to play or even enjoy an evening nap under the shade of the gazebo.

Other things to note
Additional Trash Pickup: Trash is removed after every guest at checkout. If any extra trash pickup is requested during the stay, a $50 fee will apply. There are 6 trash bins present and please ensure all trash is placed inside the bear proof bins.

Additional Pool/Hot Tub Cleaning: The pool and hot tub are cleaned before your arrival. Hottub is drained and refilled after every guest. If additional cleanings are needed during your stay, we’ll coordinate with our cleaning team to schedule the service. $250 fee will apply for each additional cleaning.

Events:
Any events must be disclosed to the host. Unauthorized events are subject to a minimum fee of $500 plus any damage to the property. Max occupants sleeping at the property is 24. Additional guest are welcome for events but there is an additional fee for additional guests at the event. Please reach out to use to discuss the event and additional fees based on guest totals.

Smoking: Smoking, vaping, or using any drugs inside the rental is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in an additional fee, along with added cleaning costs and any related damages, will be charged for violations.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin. There are a few off limit areas or closed off areas that include to closets that are owners closets for extra supplies. These areas are off limits to guests.
