We had a great stay at this VRBO. The host was very attentive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, the pool was a highlight, and the property was stocked with the basic essentials that made our stay comfortable. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Dealing with Vacasa was a nightmare. If it had not been for the Care Team of VRBO, I don't know what might have happened. I spent hours on the phone just trying to get check in instructions, in addition to sending emails, texts and voicemails to Vacasa with no reply. Kudos to the VRBO Care team for all their help. I have never experienced anything but wonderful service with the VRBO rentals. This one was the exception
The location was perfect for us. We had to vacate our home due to work performed on the water heater. We originally booked two days, but the work ran longer and they were able to extend our stay for another two days. It was much appreciated.
We were working and needed a quick stopover. House was very comfortable and centrally located (near the Botanical Garden and Zoo), Dined at some highly rated restaurants nearby. Back yard is nice. Didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting in summer. Didn’t appear to have the ability to heat. Would/will stay there again.
Outside amenities was fantastic! Overall the house was great, nice location. The only issues I noticed was it was dusty, I had to clean the dishes before using and the main complaint was the smell that came from A/C. It was musky and sewage smelling, we only ran it twice.
This is a great location in central Tucson with easy access to main streets and a variety of things to do. The house is up to date with its wi fi and appliances. I enjoyed the tile floors and the comfortable beds in the two rooms. Do note that the TV is a Roku system, so if you aren't familiar with it, you might need to log into your favorite streaming apps.

Lovely Property! Cleaning Needed
We enjoyed our stay. The beds had clean linens and the toilets were clean. However, the floors, rugs, looked and felt as if they had not been cleaned in months. Deceased lizard in the master bedroom, dead bugs and food scattered about. Please consider a good cleaning because this property deserves it. Thank you for the visit!

Four star potential, two star stay
Pros: Very nice kitchen, gas range, island, well appointed with utensils and pots/pans. Beautiful backyard with wonderful pool and pergola. Relatively quiet for being in town. Nice main bath.
Cons: main bath ceiling was not clean and has spots that are common but should have been cleaned prior to renting. The pink bedroom room is very dark. During our stay we lost power to the bedroom outlets which also meant no lights in the main bedroom. The only bedroom lights are lamps...and no TV and no Internet because they are on the same circuit and this couldn't be fixed during our stay. On top of that the kitchen faucet was so clogged it barely put it more than a trickle, and the second bath faucet was well on it's way to being clogged also.

David, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you found our kitchen well-appointed and that you especially enjoyed the backyard! That said, we apologize for any cleanliness details that were missed on the bath ceiling and we shared your comments with the local manager so housekeeping can be addressed. Additionally, we are sorry that the faucet was clogged and want you to know you could have reported this during your stay and our local team would have been happy to resolve it. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

One start experience, four star home (for the price).
Pros:
Beautiful yard/pool, updated kitchen, quiet neighborhood, good location, easy parking, close to coffee and groceries. Well-equipped kitchen.
Cons:
Kitchen faucet was clogged on arrival and barely flowed water, (obviously cleaning crew never bothered to report this) dirty windows, dirty bath ceiling, dark bedrooms, tiny TV, no TV remote or instructions, lowering the back blinds is a process...
An electrical problem occurred during our stay making the bedroom and living room outlets unusable. The bedroom lights are on outlets, so we were forced to use the one bedroom with a working outlet (one mind you, the rest were useless), and that room (the pink one) is very dark. The other room was so dark without lights as to be useless. The outlets for the TV and WiFi were also down so no TV/WiFi.
Property management was very responsive but couldn't resolve it during our stay and didn't offer a credit/compensation.
Overall this is a great place to stay IF they take better care of it and do something about the lighting and electrical issues.
