We loved this place. We come every year to the races and this is the best place we have stayed at. We will be booking this every year from here on out. This home is clean, organized, and updated. Actually the best place we have stayed for all the races we travel to.

The house was exceptionally clean. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Yard was lovely. Just a little thing, it would have been nice if the listing had said the pool was or wasn’t heated.

This review is based on how the property was managed. (Otherwise, the property interior was as described in the listing.)I was very disappointed with my experience due to a safety concern. The door to the property did not lock. I reported the issue and sent a video to the property management company and VRBO. I expected it to be addressed promptly, but neither the property management company nor VRBO provided a prompt solution so I checked into a hotel at 1am. A functioning lock is a basic safety requirement, and the lack of urgency in handling the problem was concerning. I wasn't informed that the issue was resolved/lock fixed until 15 days later from VRBO. The management company replied that they would "follow up with a solution shortly" - 18 days later and they haven't followed up.
