We’ve created this space to feel like a relaxed, coastal retreat - the kind of place you can unwind after biking the Pinellas Trail, walking downtown for dinner, or catching sunset near the water.

To keep it that way for everyone, here are a few simple guidelines:

Your Stay
We just ask that all overnight guests are included on the reservation. If you`d like to have a visitor stop by during your stay, just send me a quick message.

Noise
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night (quiet hours are between 10PM and 9AM). Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

No Parties
To help keep the space peaceful for both guests and neighbors, parties, large gatherings, and events are not permitted.

Thermostat
For your comfort, the home is equipped with a smart thermostat. The recommended range is 72-74F. If you`d like it a bit cooler or warmer, just let us know - we`re happy to dial it in for you.

No Smoking Indoors
To keep the home fresh and comfortable for all guests, smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors and may use the provided ash trays.

Traveling with a Pet?
We`re happy to welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. Please help keep the home comfortable for future guests by keeping pets off the furniture and cleaning up outdoor areas.

Parking
Feel free to utilize the two parking spaces included in your stay.

Trash
As part of check-out and during your stay as needed, please tie up trash in trash bags, and place in the orange bins at the front of the house.
