Check-in process was a little confusing. Room was fairly clean upon arrival but didn’t smell clean. Slight odor. Also furniture was heavily used and unclean. We covered the couch with a sheet we brought from home because it was old and dingy. Room was functional but not worth the price.

The room was very clean. I would recommend hooks in the secondary room for hanging towels and/or clothes. Our keys did not work at check-in, so we had to go to the front desk to have them reset. The view of both the ICW and the gulf was very satisfying. The pool was enjoyable.

Beautiful Condo

Overall it was a great stay. The condo was very nice. Thank goodness they have amazing pools because the walk to the beach is too much when you are carrying all of your stuff. My kids loved the Lazy River as did I. We will be staying here again!!

We stayed off season but what a beautiful property. Comfortable. Great views. Easy walk to beach side. Will def return in warmer weather.

Walked in. Kitchen sink was leaking. Kitchen floor flooded. No kitchen sink for 4 days. Then showers were leaking into unit below. Issue reported. Multiple times. Hope cut in master closet to get to pipes. No communication from maintenance this was taking place. Was told we could not use second bathroom at all. Water off. Could not use. 4 people in 1 unit using 1 shower and toilet not feasible. WE PAID FOR 2 bathrooms and kitchen fully functioning. Tried to use one shower for all. Hot water ran out. My daughter and I left two days early because it was terrible. I noticed Liquid Life I noticed Caribe no response. I would love to contact the actual owners so they know what is actually going on. I have request refund. We did not get what we paid for at all. There were maintenance men in and out of our unit more than us. Could not relax because we were continuously being contacted about issues with our unit. I do not recommend. This is not the owner’s fault but the companies they have employed to run things. All we wanted was a family vacation to RELAX.

Actions we are taking: - Schedule a licensed plumber to complete repairs, verify all plumbing is fixed, and inspect for any remaining leaks or water damage. - Coordinate with building management about the leak into the unit below and confirm required repairs and notifications. - Inspect the master closet repair (the cut made to access pipes) and arrange proper restoration and any necessary remediation. - Review our maintenance communication and scheduling procedures so guests are notified promptly and given clear timelines when work is required. - Arrange a deep clean and unit inspection to confirm everything is restored to guest-ready condition. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation or refund and will handle that through your Vrbo message thread. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. I’m very sorry this impacted your family vacation and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the outdoor pools (super cold) and the twisty slides! The beds were super comfortable, and the parking was great!! There is an assigned spot in the parking ramp near the elevators! We really lucked out with this location. I just wish there would have been more seating options on the balcony. We chose not to sit on the only chaise lounge for fear it would break!

Michigan to Orange Beach

Enjoyed our 3 week stay. Just the wife and I. Very spacious . condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf and Perdido Bay. A few minor maintenance issues with the bathrooms. Unable to use the tubs. Also, the shower and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival to we bought cleaning supplies and cleaned them both. Management and staff for the property were very cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Phoenix VI

I stayed at Phoenix VI while the rest of my family were at Turquoise Place. To say there is no comparison between the two properties is putting it mildly. The Phoenix VI is grossly outdated and in terrible need of some updating. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but so dated that I was embarrassed to have my family join me there. The only great feature were the beach views from the balcony and of course fact that the property was on the beach.

Booking charges

Had to make 2 trips to Liquid Life for key and they still didn't work. Had to make 3rd trip to another condo to get rekeyed. And in addition to what was shown as the total charges, another $100+ was charged by VRBO

The resort was very nice and our kids loved the pool. The condo was clean and modern although it was a disappointment that we did not know we would have to buy all the extras like toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, soap for showers, soap for laundry, coffee filters, trash bags, coffee. Every other VRBO we’ve used has supplied those things or at least a few days worth.
