There is an additional pull out bed to accommodate 2 additional guests (best for children). Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning throughout the space. This wonderful cabin offers a cozy retreat where guests can unwind after a day of adventure. A great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

We had the best weekend here! The cabin was exceptionally clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for us to relax. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our time away.One of our favorite parts was everything outside. The river is right there, and I mean RIGHT THERE! We loved the fire pit, and BBQ grill. The views are beautiful, this cabin was located at the Provo River Resort, a pleasant surprise! The whole area has such a fun, welcoming feel. There are also great fishing spots nearby if that's something you enjoy.You can tell this place is well taken care of, and it made our stay that much better. We felt right at home and honestly didn't want to leave. We will be coming back!

Know up front, this is a small building in an RV park, with the park’s public bathroom and laundry room attached to one side. The interior photos are accurate but do not paint an accurate picture of the location. The good: The back side is right on the river and the hot tub is well placed for privacy. The interior appointments are nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The bad: It smelled strongly of Fabuloso cleaner and the floor was slick, as if it was wasn’t rinsed well after being mopped with soapy water. I woke up early to loud people in the attached laundry and children outside my bedroom window. You’ll be staying in a private corner of the campground’s public space. This building is located right at the main entrance to the RV park and, from anywhere other than the back yard, your view is of the nearby Class A RVs. The picture window facing the river was shattered too. Access to dining requires a 20 minute drive to Heber City, but there are a number of great options there. For what it cost, I expected more of a private cabin in the woods and less of a roadside RV campground.

The cabin was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. It had a great view of the river out the back window. I was dialogs that the hot tub didn't work, and you don't want to count on the find out bed being any good, but would definitely stay there again.

While the cabin itself was very nice and comfortable, there were many inconveniences that affected the quality of our stay. The wind smashed the glass table on the patio and it was not usable after the first morning. There were internet outages and the septic system had an issue and we could not use the toilets for several hours. That was resolved but they continued to pump outside the front door which was very smelly.
