This spacious 90m2 apartment is located in Tremosine sul Garda, a quiet town on the shores of Lake Garda at the foot of the Alps in the Lombardy region northern Italy. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (cot upon request), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a washing machine, and bike storage. Children are allowed and a baby bed is available (upon request). Guests can relax outdoors in the furnished garden. The outdoor area also offers a closed terrace with a table and a grill, all private features. The apartment is located 5 to 15 minutes (1.5 to 6 km) by car from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues toward or near the waterfront. Guests can visit the scenic Cola and Campione del Garde beaches on Lake Garda just a 14 to 25 minute (8 to 16 km) drive by car or experience the natural beauty as it is a starting point for excursions to Valle di Bondo, Passo Nota and Passo Tremalzo. There are currently 210 cycling routes that wind through and along the stunning mountain landscape and the sparkling waters of the lake. Brescia Airport is a 1 hour 22 minutes (73 km) drive from the apartment.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Private parking but only for small cars (narrow streets in historic centre street; garage for small cars).
