I enjoyed our stay. If you are trying to find a location that you can see bears this one is the one. Every morning, throughout the day and also in the evenings they visited. My only complaint is the mattress, it was horrible. Other than that it was a fabulous stay.

We loved our stay! We went to get eloped and have our honeymoon and it was the perfect amount of space and it felt very clean. We also seen bears almost every night. We will definitely be booking it again next year!

It was a nice place,, It needs cleaned more through, the pool was gross, it needed scrubbed on the edges where it was really pink, and the water was kind of cloudy. There were alotttt of bears! So we really weren't able to use the hot tub.

The cabin itself was nice and clean inside when we arrived, but the property has not been maintained well. The yard looked like it had not been mowed in quite some time.Our biggest issue was the lack of communication from the host. The door code did not work when we arrived, and the contact information provided to us was incorrect. The host did not respond to any of our messages. After waiting 30 minutes with our 10-month-old, who had already been in the car for over 5 hours, we had to seek assistance through the booking platform to get help reaching the host and getting inside.There were several maintenance issues as well. The downstairs mini split did not work, the downstairs TV had no sound, and most of the remotes had dead batteries or did not work properly. The fireplace remote also changed the TV settings.The pool was too cold for our baby to enjoy, and the pool room was colder than outside. There were dead worms in the bottom of the pool, and both the pool and pool room need a thorough cleaning. The hot tub jets were extremely weak. The pool safety alarms also did not work, which could be a serious concern for families with older children.I messaged the host Monday about our concerns and never received a response. The only message we received was checkout instructions the day before leaving, with no acknowledgment of the concerns we had reported.Overall, the cabin has potential, but the lack of maintenance and communication significantly affected our stay.

The cabin is very nice and clean. It is located close by downtown gatlinburg 10 mins away. The grocery is 4 mins away very convenient… Will book again. Hopefully in a few months. The only thing you have to worry about is the bears you have to keep your doors locked on your cars because they will go in it.
