Powder Point ski basecamp, at the base of Park City Mountain, across from the resort parking lot (no $29/day reservations). Walk 3–5 min to First Time/3 Kings/Eagle lifts and 5–7 min to the Village restaurants & après. 1BR sleeps 4 with two queen beds, full kitchen, and a mountain-view patio. Shared hot tub. Comfy couch, WIFI and Cable TV.

Bonus: 2 free pairs of skis to borrow, 2-min walk to Cole Sport, on the free bus line, 5 min walk to Starbucks, ~12-min walk to Main St & High West.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and place them in the shower.
Throw trash away in the dumpster at the end of the parking lot, by the street. Discard any food inside the refrigerator. Wash dishes, you may leave on the counter to dry.
Turn off the TVs and lights. Press the lock button on the keypad when departing.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
