• No smoking or vaping of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or marijuana)
• No pets or animals of any kind at any time. This includes birds, reptiles, fish, or animals of any kind.
• No illegal substances
• Only registered guests allowed (maximum 3 guests)
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Please be mindful and respectful of the separate guest space on the property (behind the privacy fence). It may or may not be occupied.
• Only flush toilet paper
• No candles or burning incense
• No food or drinks in the bedroom
• Do not use bath towels outdoors (beach towels only)
• No weapons or firearms
