With 3 bathrooms featuring two showers and one bathtub, everyone can refresh comfortably. The welcoming space offers heating and AC to keep guests comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments inside, this charming home provides a perfect retreat. Spacious parking. Large, covered deck with TV surround sound, grill and games perfect for lake time with friends and family. Commercial ice maker on lower level. Shared dock access for swimming. Jet Ski parking is available. Boat parking available. Two easy hours from Kansas City and three hours from St. Louis. Dollar General and gas station close by land. Nice Marina with food and fuel and fun spots close by water. Two shared kayaks with a quiet cove popular for fishing. Comfortable swimming off the dock in a peaceful dead-end cove. Enjoy all that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer when you stay at our place. *Additional rental house with same host available directly in front on the water at 410 Nichol Rd. it sleeps eight in beds.
