Both rooms have there own bathroom and the unit is fully air conditioned. Nightlife, eating and shopping are in in reach. 10 mins drive to SJU airport and 5 mins from old San Juan. No smoking or pets are permitted indoors at any time. Any smoke smell in AC units or mascot hair will be cleaned professionally at tenants expense.
Unfortunately unlike hotels this is a private residence and we do not have area to drop off luggage.
