Cozy and pet-friendly this two bedroom/two bath fairway condo is convenient to Sunset Beach (1.5 miles) and area golf courses. The condo is located on ground level next to The Sea Trail Maples Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and private bath with a tile walk-in shower. The front bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and private bath with a tub/shower enclosure. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with washer/dryer. There are 3 televisions (Directv), DVD player and high speed WIFI for all of your entertainment needs. The living area of the condo has an overhead ceiling fan, Smart TV, comfy furnishings and glass patio doors that open to an outside screened porch area. This is a perfect cool retreat for relaxing and enjoying a beverage after a day on the beach or golf game. The kitchen is fully equipped with a bar area for additional seating. Complimentary linens & towels included.
