We had a wonderful stay! The condo was charming, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect just a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue and only a 5-minute walk to Coco Beach, with tons of great restaurants nearby. Even though it’s close to everything, 10th Avenue is a nice, quiet street, making it easy to relax after a day out. The rooftop was a great place to unwind, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We’d happily book this condo again the next time we’re in Playa del Carmen!

Amazing location and a beautiful new building! The condo was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It’s on the smaller side, but we really didn’t mind since we spent most of our time exploring Playa.The location was one of our favorite parts. Coco Beach is just a short easy walk away, and Quinta Avenida is only one block over. It was nice being close to all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife while still enjoying the quieter atmosphere on 10th Avenue at night.The host was very responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen!

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of location and local charm. You’re just a short walk to Quinta Avenida and Coco Beach, but tucked away enough to enjoy a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere.

I love that everything is within walking distance great coffee spots, restaurants, grocery stores, and beach clubs without being in the middle of the busy tourist noise. It really gives you the best of both worlds: convenience and a more authentic Playa experience.

Guests love the rooftop amenities — including a pool, jacuzzi, lounge area, and grill perfect for relaxing mornings or sunset evenings. There’s also a small gym, hammock area, and 24/7 security for added comfort.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need, including a Keurig and coffee maker, Smart TV, and a clean, modern design. It’s ideal for solo travelers or couples looking for a stylish, easy stay in a great location.

Plus, the short walk to Coco Beach makes it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime one of my favorite parts of staying here!
