This home was designed to feel calm, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Whether you're here for a ski weekend, summer trip, or just to slow down, it’s a space that makes it easy to relax.

Located just 7 minutes from the Gaslight District and centrally positioned between Boyne Mountain Resort and The Highlands at Harbor Springs, you get the best of both worlds. It's close to everything, but still private and quiet.

Jordan and Kristin are excellent communicators, attentive, and thoughtful. The home is beautiful with creature comforts and conveniences to enhance relaxation. The location was far enough away from the hustle and bustle to bring a family of deer to the meadow outside the kitchen window, yet still just a short jaunt to attractions and less than 5 minutes to groceries. We highly recommend it!

We rented this beautiful farmhouse for a couple days after a special wedding in the area. It was the perfect spot to relax and do a little sightseeing. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in at a VRBO! The decor is lovely and inviting! Great hosts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house!

Born and raised in Michigan, we’ve always loved exploring this state and spending time outdoors. From our background in organic farming to now working as a Certified Home Inspector, we’ve come to really appreciate the small details that make a place feel unique, comfortable, and peaceful.

As a family, we enjoy hiking, rock picking, and being outside in just about any weather. Mountain biking is a favorite for us, along with evenings around a bonfire and, when we’re lucky, catching the Northern Lights.

Hosting has been something we’ve wanted to do for a long time, and we’re excited to share this beautiful space. Our hope is that guests experience the same sense of calm and connection to the outdoors that we value, and leave feeling like they truly got to enjoy a special part of Northern Michigan.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is calm, peaceful, and still incredibly close to everything downtown has to offer. We chose this location because it truly feels separate from the hustle and bustle, yet you're only a few minutes from anything you need.

Being so close to the Gaslight District makes it easy to grab breakfast, do some shopping, head back to the house to relax, and then head out again to explore trails or spend the afternoon rock picking.

It’s also centrally located between two major ski areas, which was important for us since we enjoy snow sports in the winter and mountain biking in the warmer months.

What makes this property unique

One of our favorite things about this property is the quiet setting and beautiful land it sits on. It offers a true sense of escape, while still being centrally located to everything the area has to offer.
