These house rules are in place to protect the property. Please keep AC and heating between 70 and 80 degrees. Smart thermostat will work to adjust.
Stained linens or excessive messes will be charged back to the guest. Guests must pick up after their pets in the yard and must fill any holes dug
All guests are responsible for walking the fence line to ensure holes haven’t been left by previous guests that their pet could get out through.
