We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Crest. This house worked great as we have family members with mobility issues and it is hard to find a house that has all the bedrooms on one level. The only concern we had was having to contact the host to regarding the temperature in the house and our inability to adjust the thermostat between heat and AC depending how hot or cold it was outside.

Clean and easy process. Great location to Redmond and Bend. Resort golf always great and Eagle Crest does not disappoint. Overall experience 9.5 out of 10. The only thing that came up short was the TV. Has 2 remotes, could not get local TV or ESPN. Had to go to Redmond To watch the end of the Fed EX Cup.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. We had 6 adults who complained about the lack of sleep on those types of mattresses. There was only a foam type of mattress and no box springs under the mattress. As a result the bed was only about 12 inches off the floor or less. This made it very difficult to raise yourself up from the bed, especially for pregnant woman, as well as the older couple. The hot tub was enjoyed and the location was great.
