Our daughter had a weekend soccer tournament, and this ended up being the perfect place to stay for games in Sisters and Bend. House was clean, comfortable, easy to get to and communicating with the owners was a breeze.

Perfect place for a weekend visit

Great place to visit my son who lives an hour and a half away. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for a rental house. Loved the pots and pans, even the steak knives were sharp. The house was super clean and the hot tub looked immaculate. It was just too hot outside to use it. However, the a/c kept us perfectly cool inside. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Comfortable getaway

Layout and location perfect for our needs. Granddaughter loved splash pad and hot tub. The 18 hole putting course was challenging and fun when played early before slow playing groups invaded. Third stay in same area of Ridgecrest

"Take a deep breath. You're at the cabin now."

We did what the sign says. We had such a good time riding bikes, swimming, playing games, and relaxing. The Cinnamon Teal cabin was ideal in every way!

If golf is your thing, this is a great place to stay

The amenities were great, nice central location to a lot of central Oregon landmarks. The only thing that would’ve been better is that the hot tub never got very hot. We suspect it was on a temperature control to avoid people abusing it, but sitting in a lukewarm hot tub is not great. Other than that a pleasant day.

Eagle Crest weekend

We loved the privacy of this home. Only issues we had were the outlets in the bathrooms either upstairs or downstairs worked. The hot tub made a very bad noise when turning on jet 1. We throughly enjoyed our stay. We will most likely book this house again in the future.

Our hot tub company is working on getting the pump replaced. Plugs are working in the bathrooms. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can clarify it. Our family of five enjoyed our stay here. We had all the amenities we needed to make ourselves at home. There was access to 2 swimming pools, many biking and hiking trails, and of course, golf ! The kids loved the house but were not thrilled that the 2 TV sets had to show the same program at all times.

Cozy, well-stocked home

Everything our family of 5 needed! Appreciated the couple extra pull-out mattresses so our kids didn’t have to share a queen. Hot tub was great, kitchen was well-stocked. A couple items were left (like someone’s jacket in the closet, a charger, and a toy in a drawer), but not a huge deal and the home was clean and tidy. I would stay here again if we return.

Even though it could use an update, I gave it 4 stars because it’s what I expected. If you like to sleep past daylight in the mornings, you may want eye masks because there are no window coverings on the top window in the master bedroom and we hated being woke up so early! Hot tub was nice. Pillows could use updating as well because they are old and yellow.

Immaculate house!

We had a great time at this house. Check in was easy (lock box outside, code was given to us by the property management company 3 hours in advance of check in). The place was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of kids games upstairs in the loft. The hot tub worked well and was very clean. We were able to swim in the resort indoor pool as well (needed reservations due to COVID precautions). Highly recommend this house for a family of 4-5. The houses are close together but are arranged in a way that we felt we had privacy. This house backs up to the golf course. We used the rolling hills on the golf course to sled and play in the snow.

Cinnamon Teal Chalet - A great place to relax

We love the location of Cinnamon Teal Chalet at Eagle Crest. Central Oregon is beautiful and this location was a great jumping-off point to go to Redmond, Bend, Prineville, and even a nice drive down to Crater Lake. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and wonderfully landscaped area. Even on a rainy day, the house has so many books and games for the whole family. There was a lot to do around Eagle Crest. We'd highly recommend it for your next central Oregon vacation.

Great location!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The AC works great. Love the ceiling fans. The hot tub has the best jets! Super cozy and close to golfing and the putt putt course. The beds are super comfy which is very important and it is was very clean. We will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Views of the golf course

The house was very clean and check in was easy. Great location for us as we biked, golfed, hiked and visited brewery's. Home had everything we needed. The only reason the rating was a 4 star vs 5 star was that the hot tub water was super low and filthy when we arrived. I tried to contact Vacasa various ways (responding to texts I had received, responding to email and then called main Vacasa # to report) When I finally got through to very nice young man - they said they would have someone there the next day. He did arrive the next morning at 9am and got the hot tub up to speed. When someone else called me back they said they hadn't heard about the problem until that morning. So maybe Vacasa could make it super clear who to call for problems? Just a suggestion. Everything else was great! Definitely recommend the property.
