Prime location on the island, less than 0.4 miles to beach, easy walk to restaurants and one of Oak Islands two breweries. The pier is just a 10 minute walk where you can catch beautiful sunsets. Fenced backyard for your four legged family members. The bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed, and a fun bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. This home invites guests to unwind and create lasting memories. Enjoy all that Oak Island has to offer when you stay at our place.

Strip all beds, put dirty linens in pillow cases leave by back door. Wash/return beach towels to designated basket (beach towels not included in cleaning service).
Wash/return dishes to proper location. Clean out fridge. Take out trash in outside garbage cans, bring cans to street (Tues).
If grill is used, please clean it for next guest, return to shed. Lock shed/return key to hook by backdoor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This home was a pet owners haven. Very accommodating for families who like to travel with their pets. Very updated and nice interior. Easy and quick walk to the beach to avoid parking fees. Would stay there again.
