Harbor views and marina access are just some of the reasons why this Bluff Villas condo ranks high on appeal. In addition to water sports, you can enjoy the on-site barbecue, and other amenities on your visit to gorgeous Hilton Head Island.



This property is surrounded by Hilton Head's lush vegetation and is mere steps away from the shores of Calibogue Sound. A short walk takes you to the shops and eateries, including The Salty Dog Cafe and South Beach Marina Village. Your stay at Bluff Villas entitles you to the rental of numerous vehicles at the marina and use of the community's large sundeck.

This second-floor condo offers guests an open floor plan, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a sliding door that leads visitors to a deck overlooking Braddock Cove, and a bedroom with access to the deck. Both the living room and bedroom have flatscreen TVs, and free WiFi is available in all areas of the villa. The common bathroom contains a single vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Good location and clean

We enjoyed our stay at south beach. We used south beach for fishing and used sea pines beach club for beach time and eating. Marina has good food and shops. Will visit here again in the future.

Perfect beach condo in great location

We loved staying at this cute beach condo right in the heart of south beach! It’s walking distance to the beach and shops/restaurants. The condo is also well stocked with everything you could need, and had a great view of the water. Would highly recommend!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Place is spacious and in a great location next to Salty Dog and beach. The ceiling is a little thin though. Can really hear the movements coming from upstairs. Otherwise very enjoyable stay
