Pros: Great location The property is about a 10 minute walk to Coligny Beach park which is great. The walk is mainly flat and mostly shaded. Also, there are a lot of restaurants and shops in walking/biking distance. The amount of space in the unit was also great for our family of 4. Cons: The unit was not clean at all. Crumbs in the drawers, floors dirty and stains on the comforter. We immediately washed all the dishes and with 1 run through the washer, the comforter came out spotless which makes me think that they simply aren’t cleaning the place regularly. I did share feedback with the rental company so hopefully they’ll get a team to deep clean the unit. Typically we’re pretty easy travelers but I think future renters would want to know the state of the property.

We had an unfortunate situation where our original booking was in the middle of some unfinished construction and we were offered this property instead. It was slightly inconvenient as far as location compared to our original booking. We were traveling with another family and were now separated by a couple miles and had to drive to meet up instead of waking next door. With 2 small children, I do not feel like walking to beach is feasible from this location. However, the property was beautiful and more than met our needs. I made suggestions about including a map for where to park and detailed instructions of how to access the unit as there are no visible unit numbers from the parking lot. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. We were comfortable and the unit was well equipped and very nice.
