Very private with ocean views from the balcony with access to ALL AMENITIES of Hilton resort property including walk down year around pool, Jacuzzi, pool bar and grill, fitness center, media room and more.

Our 2 bedroom /2 bath condo is located in a cozy oceanfront resort.

Stainless appliances, cabinets, granite counter tops, sink, faucet, paint, trim work.

Vanities with granite counter tops, ceramic tile floors, chair height toilets, paint and white trim.

We've added a marble tile surround with shower in the master bath.

This coastal inspired condo is decorated in the cool beaches colors of sea blue and sunny yellow with all bright white trim work and new 6 panel doors throughout.

DEN FURNISHINGS: sleeper sofa, chair, coffee table, rug, and pictures. Also wall-mounted flat panel LCD TV.

King size bed in Master bedroom, twin beds with new mattresses in the 2nd bedroom, and queen sofa sleeper in the den.

Wireless internet.

This 5 story complex with an elevator is just steps away from the best beach on Hilton Head Island with beautiful ocean views from your balcony.

Parking is conveniently located at the front of building and underneath parking at the Hilton. Our complex has it's own boardwalk directly to the beach. Enjoy grilling and eating outdoors on the picnic tables in the courtyard.

Short walk to the beach, wonderful pool. Parking was tight, we asked the Hilton staff as there was no available parking when we arrived late at night. However there is an overflow parking lot across the street with easy access. Would stay here again.

Unit itself is in the perfect location- has everything you need- even had beach chairs and toys- we didn’t use as we had brought our own. Property manager very responsive and even came by within a 30min window to help us with the TV. Kitchen pans need to be replaced and the comforters on the beds have seen better days but overall the unit was great and fairly priced. Would stay again.

The pictures make the beach view look more prominent. The balcony area was dirty and the beach chairs are old and rusty. The towel rack in the master bath is still broken. The shower liner in the other bathroom is dirty and needs replaced. It’s a decent place, it was small, but it was clean and comfortable for the most part.

Condo is a bit worn, including the linens. But, I thought it was fairly priced and its location right on the beach and access to Hilton Oak amenities were excellent. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

The place was quiet and safe however the sofa was saggy, the kitchen mat and the sofa pillows were disgusting. The kitchen needed a new skillet. The sinks did not drain very well at all.

The stay exceeded expectations for a last minute girls trip to the beach. The location was at the beach, hotel pool access was a perk, and an easy 15 min walk down the beach to enjoy offerings at the Coligny Beach center. It was also a 10-15 min drive to the other spots on HHI where we went to kayak for dolphins and parasailing.
