The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Place used linens and towels on laundry room floor. Quilts should remain on beds. Wipe down the grill if used. Do not leave any items on the dock overnight. Place any water toys under deck.

Control4 (TV) remotes must be placed on kitchen counter. Take out all trash and recycling to the garbage bins and bring the bins to the end of the driveway (trash pick-up is on Mondays).

Put patio and porch furniture are back in place. Cover the patio furniture Maximum five vehicles. No street parking allowed. No parking on grass. Noncompliance will result in fines.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

In accordance with City of Crosslake ordinance, quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.

During these hours, no loud music, outdoor gatherings, or other noise may be heard beyond the property boundaries.

Failure to comply may result in police response, fines, and immediate termination of stay.

The property was beautiful. Right on the lake and plenty of space for indoor/outdoor activities. Communication with the host was top notch as she replied quickly. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the cabin as well as the surrounding area.

Cabin has a wonderful layout with lots of space even for a large group. The lake views are everywhere and the location is amazing. The sandy swimming area was a hit and fishing off the dock was amazing. Late night arcade games and movies for the kids. Hosts were fantastic and we plan to come back again.

We were a group of 16 people looking for the perfect place to spend a weekend together, and this property exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we found it, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for.The property is beautiful, spacious, and ideal for large groups. The stunning lake views, private dock, and peaceful surroundings made our stay truly special. The kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The living room provided plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy each other's company.The kids absolutely loved the game room and spent hours playing games and watching soccer on the TV. We also rented kayaks and lake floats and enjoyed many fun-filled hours out on the lake. During the day, we grilled food, shared laughter, and created wonderful memories together. In the evenings, we gathered around the fire pit to talk, sing, dance, and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.Overall, this was one of the best group trips we've had in a long time. Much of the credit goes to this amazing property and the wonderful hosts, who were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway with family and friends.

Growing up, some of my most cherished memories were our family trips “up north.” Each summer, we would pack up and head to a cabin tucked among the trees, surrounded by lakes and quiet. Days were spent on the water—fishing, water skiing, and swimming until the sun dipped low. Evenings meant campfires, laughter, and that unmistakable stillness you only find in the Northwoods. Those experiences left a lasting impression on me and shaped what I believe a true getaway should feel like.

Now, with four children of our own, we find so much joy in creating those same kinds of memories with them. There’s something special about time on the lake—the simplicity of it, the connection it brings, and the way it slows everything down. Whether it’s early mornings watching the sun rise over the water or long summer days spent exploring, these are the moments that stay with you.
