Conveniently located directly across from beach access allows you to have your toes in the sand in less than 5 minutes. Build a sandcastle with the beach toys, use the boogie boards or just soak up the sun in the beach chairs all available for free.
After a day at the beach walk to nearby restaurants, cook in the well appointed kitchen, BBQ outside or just order in.
The cozy layout upstairs joins two bedrooms together. One bedroom with a King bed, the second with a Queen and a Twin bed making it perfect for families. You’ll relax in memory foam mattresses while the oceans waves lull you to sleep. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and the double vanity makes getting ready is a breeze. The main floor bedroom has a king bed and French doors leading to the spacious back yard, perfect for your pets!
Unwind after a day of adventure in the private hot tub overlooking the ocean or cozy up in front of the fireplace playing board games. You’ll feel at home in this welcoming beach house.

Wow this place is amazing. The view from the hot tub is just as pictured. Beds were comfy, kitchen coffee bar ( Yowsa!) were great but what I most appreciated about this lovely gem was it felt like a lovely home, in addition to a vacation rental. Highly recommend.. I’m already planning my next stay.

This is the only home we own and manage so we take our guest reviews very seriously and always welcome feedback on how to improve. Please let me know why you gave such a poor rating so I can address whatever the issue was/is. We haven’t found anything wrong in the house and VRBO said no complaint was filed with them either. Perfect home for our beach getaway! Enjoyed relaxing on the patio outside or next to the fire inside. Had a great ocean view and access to the beach across the street. House was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus more! Although we didn't end up using the hot tub, I do appreciate that there was a privacy fence built around it. Tina was very easy to communicate with and was prompt in her responses. Love that it was in the middle of Lincoln City close to everything. P.S. There's a great breakfast cafe just a short walk up the road from the house. Would love to stay here again in the future! Thank you Tina!

We love walking the beach, and hiking the fantastic trails in the area like Cascade head, Gods thumb, Drift creek falls and Cape lookout.

My husband,Scott, and I got married on the beach in Lincoln City in 2016. In 2018, we decided to buy this house. It was a fixer upper so we put a lot of blood sweat and tears remodeling it. We manage and maintain it ourselves. As a guest, you know we will take excellent care of you and the house.
