Upper floor: Primary King room with full ensuite & sitting area, 2 queen bedrooms, additional full bathroom

Lower floor: queen bedroom, laundry room, sitting area, half bath, door to patio with firepit

With only 4 West Coast contemporary homes on our cul-de-sac, you barely know you're in the city. Very quiet, family oriented neighbourhood.
