Guests have private unit with electronic keypad lock. The unit includes a kitchenette, and full bathroom. The front door is shared, but you will have your entire unit separate, so the front door, hallway, and full kitchen are the only areas you will share (kitchenette in your unit is private). Front patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture may also be shared. Please respect quiet hours. Parking behind the house, please follow parking instructions (very easy :)
This is not a place to party, drink excessively, or use illicit drugs at all. Please observe quiet hours after 10pm. There is one parking spot maximum for this room. If you will be traveling with more than 1 vehicle, or if the parking spaces are all taken, street parking is available nearby. Pets are charged as additional guests and are subject to prior approval. Please inquire before requesting a booking if you plan to bring a pet of any kind. We do have a 24 hour video surveillance doorbell system at both entrances. This is for safety and security.
