Your property
Guests have private unit with keypad lock. The unit includes a kitchenette, and full bathroom. Guests also have access to a shared back yard. The front door is shared, but you will have your entire unit separate, so the front door and hallway is the only area you will share. Yard may also be shared.

Guests have their entire private suite and also have access to a shared yard and bbq.

I am available at all times to help guests with anything they may need. I am a Denver native with extensive knowledge of the area that I am always happy to share.

We do not allow drugs or alcohol. Please observe quiet hours after 10pm. There is one parking spot for this room. If you will be traveling with more than 1 vehicle, street parking is available nearby. Pets are charged as additional guests and are subject to prior approval. Please inquire before requesting a booking if you plan to bring a pet of any kind. We do have a 24 hour video surveillance doorbell system at both entrances. This is for safety and security. Jetted tub in this room is available and functional but ability to fill it depends largely on the demand for hot water throughout the rest of the house as it pretty much drains the tank. It is not a guarantee that you will be able to fill the tub with hot water and if the tub is a big deal, probably best to look for another listing.
