Beautiful and newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom, condo with private balcony on the Gulf of Mexico is ready to make your vacation dreams come true. The private balcony offers spectacular nightly sunsets, outdoor dining space and a spiral staircase to the pool area. The living room features a 60" TV with premium cable and a DVD player. The living room is Gulf front with a sliding glass door to the balcony and a ceiling fan. This condo has FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE Long Distance to U.S. and Canada. The Gulf-front master bedroom has a King size bed with 50" TV, a ceiling fan, sliding glass door to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has-in shower and has been fully upgraded. The second bedroom has two Double beds, ceiling fan, and TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan, and TV. Make memorable meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has all the conveniences of home to include both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. Sand Castle III offers a beachside Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Gas Grills for your use.
