Our place is super nice and cozy. It has all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and feel right at home.

Our guest love the location. It is centrally located, close to downtown and the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Walk across the street to Starbucks along with other restaurants, Planet Fitness, Sprouts (a natural grocery store), liquor store and more! Everything was great. I actually was confused about my checkout day and missed my checkout. The owner went in, packed up all my belongings nicely and kept them at her house where I could go pick them up later. she really went above and beyond.

Is in a pretty convenient location. I didn’t realize it was on such a busy street so there is a lot of street noise at all hours. However, after the first night I did find the ear plugs in the room which is a great add. Has everything you need for your stay.

The accommodation was lovely and the host was very attentive. I really appreciated how everything was prepared for my arrival, from towels to blankets and even snacks! It's close enough to downtown Denver where you won't feel too far out. I was grateful that I stayed here and hope to be back soon.

At first a little skeptical about it being right on such a busy street but we had everything we wanted within walking distance as far as restaurants. The stadium is about 10 minutes away with traffic and the room was very clean and cute! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is a cute cozy studio apartment. Amenities were well furnished; such as a cooler for picnics. It is also close to shopping and restaurants. Like many, the noise of city life and its location can be a bit distracting , so if this is a concern use your fan app, etc. The apartment sneaks up on you, if you are using Uber or some outside transportation inform them. Overall great stay!!

A great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. All of the things you need. Communion was excellent! Yes, there's traffic noise but I barely heard a peep from other tenants and the traffic became white noise for me. Highly recommend!

Great central location!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was centrally located for everything we wanted to do between downtown Denver and Golden/the foothills. It is off quite a busy street, but once we knew that, it was OK to get in and out of. Janelle was super communicative and helpful throughout our entire stay.
