The Space:

Two side-by-side condos. One seamless group retreat. River Fly-In brings together a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit and a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath unit into a combined 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath setup that sleeps up to 12 guests - without anyone feeling crowded. Whether you're here for a rocket launch, a cruise out of Port Canaveral, or simply a stretch of Florida sunshine, this Merritt Island property gives your group room to spread out and come together on your own terms.

 

Living spaces

Each condo has its own living room, so the group can split off or gather freely. Both are furnished with generous seating and large TVs. Step out onto either private balcony and you're looking straight out over the Banana River and the Merritt Island Airport runway - a front-row seat for takeoffs, landings, sunrises, and sunsets. The building itself is exceptionally quiet: a nine-inch concrete slab with PSI far exceeding industry standards keeps interior noise minimal, even with an active runway nearby.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The five bedrooms are outfitted with 2 king beds and 3 queen beds, plus 2 floor mattresses - sleeping up to 12 guests total. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are included across both units.

 

Kitchens & dining

Two fully stocked kitchens mean your group never has to wait their turn. Both are equipped with refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee makers, blenders, toasters, wine glasses, baking sheets, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need. Dining tables in each unit keep group meals easy and relaxed.

 

Bathrooms

Five and a half bathrooms across the two units - no bottlenecks for a group this size. Each bathroom includes a hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, hot water, and cleaning products. Bathtub available.

 

Laundry & practical details

Both condos include in-unit washers and dryers, dedicated workspaces, and fast Wi-Fi - practical for longer stays or anyone working remotely. Pack 'n play, high chair, iron, hangers, and a first aid kit are also on hand. Smart lock self check-in means a flexible, hassle-free arrival. Two private parking spots are included, with overflow parking also available on-site.

 

Building amenities

Set across a 30-acre waterfront property, the building's shared amenities are a genuine draw. The pool features underwater and outdoor speakers. There's also a hot tub, sauna, fire pit with outdoor furniture, a backyard, and a waterfall. The clubhouse includes a theater with an 86-inch TV, surround sound, and heated seating. The indoor gym overlooks the pool and nature preserve. A spa is available by appointment. EV charging stations are on-site, along with secured entry and outdoor security cameras.



Traveling with an RV or large trailer? Convenient on-site parking is available for an additional daily fee, making it easy to keep it close by during your stay. RV spaces include access to an electrical hookup. Please note that water and sewage hookups are not available. Advance notice is required to confirm availability and reserve your space.

A secured entrance and security cameras for ensuring peace of mind, you'll have no trouble stepping into your next vacation. A personal access code for the main lobby will be given ahead of check-in, along with your personal door code that will give you access throughout your stay. There are several elevators to help easily get up to your condo, along with ground floor garage parking as well as parking outside the building.
