This includes two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, the private beach walkway, gated entry with onsite security, an elevator, a luggage cart, and free on-site parking. Inside the condo you will find an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cookware, three TVs, broadband Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day via a keypad, so you can arrive on your own schedule.

A car is recommended for exploring the full length of South Padre Island, though many restaurants and attractions are just a short drive from the resort. Free on-site parking is provided at Sea Vista. There is also a shuttle on the island that runs along the main routes, making it easy to get around without a car for nearby dining and entertainment.

The island is bike-friendly, and ride-share services operate in the area. The nearest major airport is Valley International Airport in Harlingen, roughly 35 miles from South Padre Island. South Padre Island also has a small regional airport for general aviation. From the airport, the drive across the Queen Isabella Causeway to the island is scenic and straightforward.

The minimum age to rent this property is 28 years old. This is a family-friendly property, and spring breakers are not permitted per HOA rules.

Check-in is available after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available 24 hours a day via a lockbox, so late arrivals are no problem.
