Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one K, one Q, one bunk bed with a Full and a Twin), and a beautifully-remodeled bath. Downstairs, you’ll find a comfortable living room, an upscale kitchen and a powder room. The sunny patio features a custom redwood bench where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation. This downtown location is the best of both worlds: park your car—you’ll never need it. There’s a reason Pacific Grove is called “America’s last hometown:” you’re just steps from coffee shops, cafes, bistros, brew pubs, wine bars, galleries, antique shops, a bookstore, a movie theater… and an after-dinner ice cream cone. Single car garage and street parking.
