We had a great stay here while in town for our daughter's wedding. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants, which made it especially convenient.

Great location, easy walking distance to Monterey Bay and to numerous shops and restaurants. Monterey Bay Aquarium is an easy 1-mile walk.House was clean, kitchen is very well-stocked for those who plan to cook. Location is quiet and within the house, spaces are quite.

We loved the house and the location. The house had a great layout and all the necessities. We loved the coffee bar and how easy it was to walk to neighborhood restaurants and the beach. We even got to see deer on our street.

We had a wonderful stay at the Saltbox. The location was PERFECT. In a friendly street in Pacific Grove, close distance and easy walk to shops, coffee, restaurants, and beach. You can also walk to the aquarium as well. Street parking was easy, the kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Would stay here again easily if ever in the area.

A lovely place to stay in Pacific Grove! We like the central location and walk everywhere in PG and Monterey. The house is very comfortable and we were pleased with everything. Great communication!

The house was great for our group of friends in town for a wedding. The location was perfect for all the Monterey tourism. We were able to walk to the coast and up to the main drag of shops for antiquing and brunch.

We enjoyed the house! Great location for walking down to the beach and trails along the coast, as well as walking up to the shops/restaurants. Saltbox was welcoming, very clean, and tho we needed to call the maintenance number to make the heat work,he was very responsive As older women the stairs to the upper bedrooms were intimidating, and there was a great handrail. Beds very comfy. We recommend a little coffee table in the living room

We loved this house. We used to live in PG, and we wanted location, and this was perfect for us. The downstairs was spread out so we had a bedroom, office space and a nice sized bathroom area. All this was near the kitchen and living room. My daughter stayed upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of space for everything. Don’t expect a view, but the location was ideal. Visitors need to realize that parking is a bit of a challenge here, but we would definitely stay here again,

Fantastic remodeled old home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and it was in close proximity to the water. Only downside, which wasn’t a big deal, is that parking is limited to the street.

We loved staying at Saltbox and would definitely stay here again. Very short walk to many good restaurants and short walk to the Lovers Point. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Photos are accurate.
