The laundry room is behind the kitchen, along with a full bath with a curved shower.  The light-filled bedroom off the entry has a Queen bed, comfortable reading chair, and an adjoining office with a desk. A narrow stairway leads to the master bedroom (King) and a third guestroom with twin beds. The upstairs bath has a clawfoot tub/shower.   Relax in the sunshine in the Adirondack chairs out front, barbecue out back, stroll to the beach, or head downtown to explore restaurants, cafes, galleries, boutiques, antique shops, and a cinema.
