The Villa A Cape Escape is perfect for up to 10 guests who prefer luxurious surroundings and plenty of space. From the palm trees in the garden to the large, sunlit rooms – this vacation home will put you into holiday mood in no time. On two floors, a whopping 4300 square feet of living space are available.

The villa features 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds and high-quality wood furniture. Almost every bedroom has his own bathroom, where large showers and bathtubs offer a maximum of relaxation.
Speaking of relaxation: The living area is a perfect spot to gather with the whole family, unwind on cozy armchairs and sofas – and watch TV on one of the villa´s multiple flat-screens. One bathroom is accessible from the pool area.

Of course, this vacation home comes with a fully equipped kitchen: Amenities include an oven, stove plates and a microwave, as well as a refrigerator with ice-machine, a kettle, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery and enough utensils, so you can cook to your heart´s content.

When it is time to dine, the choice is yours: Either take a seat in the living area with two dining tables – or enjoy the vista of palm trees and the canal, as the roofed section of the lanai features two more tables.

The villa´s pool is another highlight – especially for children. While the young ones are splashing around, you can unwind on sunbeds. In the evening, the jacuzzi offers premium relaxation, and barbecues are no problem, either, thanks to the gas grill outside.

Stunning views of Cape Coral´s canals and lush greenery await you on the second-floor balcony. There, you will also find another living room – a perfect place to relax with a book or watch TV. If you have work to do, you can use the study area in the master bedroom

Boaters in particular will love the villa´s location in Southwest Cape Coral: From here, you can reach the canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes. This way, beautiful spots like Fort Myers Beach and nearby islands are only a stone´s throw away. Of course, the villa features a roofed boat dock. Beach chairs, coolers and parasols are available for guests, and if you want to enjoy a paddling tour, just use the villa´s kayaks.

On land, the location leaves nothing to be desired, either: The next Publix supermarket is only a five-minute ride away, and in 10 minutes, you will reach the restaurants on Cape Coral Parkway. More dining and shopping options await you at Tarpon Point Harbor, which can be accessed by car or boat. Not even 1 mile to the north, Rotary Park offers a playground and walkways through the mangroves. Or would you like to take a bike trip? Then, you are more than welcome to use the villa´s bicycles.
